Layered Shrimp And Avocado Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 oz. dill cream cheese | ||
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mashed avocado | 1 Large | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Shrimp | 7 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 lemon, cut into thin wedges | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl mix cream cheese, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
2) Spread the mixture in a shallow serving dish.
(Alternate dill cream cheese with plain cream cheese and 1 tsp. (5 mL) dill weed mixed together).
3) Mix lemon juice and avocado.
4) Spread the mixture over cream cheese.
5) Mix chili sauce with horseradish.
6) Spread the mixture over avocado layer.
7) Drizzle shrimp over the chili sauce.
SERVING
8) Garnish with lemon on top. Pass with crackers.
