Ingredients

 Flour/Null1 Cup (16 tbs) (NULL)
 Oleo/Null1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (NULL)
 Nuts/Null1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (NULL)
 Cool whip/Null1 Large (NULL)
 Cream cheese/Null8 Ounce (NULL)
 Powdered sugar/Null1 Cup (16 tbs) (NULL)
 Vanilla/Null1 Teaspoon (NULL)
 Chocolate pudding/Null2 (instant)

Directions

Blend flour, oleo and nuts.
Pat mixture into 9x13 inch pan.
Cook 15 minutes at 350°.
Cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Mix pudding and spread over cheese mixture.
Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
