Layered Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| 1 1/2 cups crushed cracker crumbs | ||
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 8 Ounce, sliced (Filling:) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped (Filling:) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon (Filling:) | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| Cumin | 1 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:) | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:) | |
Directions
Mix meatloaf ingredients thoroughly.
Set aside while preparing filling.
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add thyme, cumin, sour cream and bread crumbs.
Spread 1/3 of meat mixture in bottom of bundt pan, top with 1/2 of filling, 1/3 of meat mixture, rest of filling ending with the last of meat mixture.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, reduce setting to '6' for 10 to 15 MINUTES, or until internal temperature reaches 140°.
Rotate once or twice during cooking time.
