 Ground beef2 Pound
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 1 1/2 cups crushed cracker crumbs
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Mushrooms8 Ounce, sliced (Filling:)
 Onion1 Medium, chopped (Filling:)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon (Filling:)
 Thyme1 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Cumin1 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)

Directions

Mix meatloaf ingredients thoroughly.
Set aside while preparing filling.
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add thyme, cumin, sour cream and bread crumbs.
Spread 1/3 of meat mixture in bottom of bundt pan, top with 1/2 of filling, 1/3 of meat mixture, rest of filling ending with the last of meat mixture.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, reduce setting to '6' for 10 to 15 MINUTES, or until internal temperature reaches 140°.
Rotate once or twice during cooking time.
