Layered Fruit Pops Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 Cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Strawberries | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Peaches | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 14 (6-ounce) Paper cups | ||
| Wooden sticks | 14 | |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until combined, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Reserve 1 cup orange juice mixture; set aside.
Add strawberries to remaining juice in blender; process until smooth.
Transfer strawberry mixture to a bowl; set aside.
Combine reserved 1 cup orange juice mixture and peaches in blender; cover and process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl.
Spoon 2 tablespoons strawberry mixture into each paper cup.
Cover tops of cups with aluminun foil, and insert a wooden stick through foil into center of each cup.
Freeze until firm.
Pour 2 tablespoons peach mixture over frozen strawberry mixture in each cup.
Freeze until firm.
Repeat procedure with remaining strawberry and peach mixtures.
To serve, remove aluminum foil; peel cup from pop.
