Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 °F.

MAKING
2) In a 9x5x3-inch pan, place 2 fillets at the bottom and sprinkle with salt, pepper, tarragon, onion and cheese.
3) Place the other 2 fillets on top and cover with the tomato sauce and bread cubes.
