Layered Basil Salad Recipe

| 4 cups torn assorted salad greens | ||
| Carrots | 4 Medium, julienned | |
| 1-1/2 cups cooked macaroni shells | ||
| Frozen peas | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Red onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| 3/4 pound fully cooked ham, cubed | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING:) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING:) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon (DRESSING:) | |
| Chopped basil | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried (DRESSING:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (DRESSING:) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (DRESSING:) | |
Directions
In a 3-1/2-qt.glass bowl, layer greens, carrots, macaroni, peas, onion, ham and cheeses.
In a small bowl, combine the first six dressing ingredients; spread over salad.
Garnish with eggs if desired.
Cover and chill for several hours.
