 4 cups torn assorted salad greens
 Carrots4 Medium, julienned
 1-1/2 cups cooked macaroni shells
 Frozen peas2 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
 Red onion1 Medium, diced
 3/4 pound fully cooked ham, cubed
 Shredded Swiss cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING:)
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING:)
 Dijon Mustard2 Teaspoon (DRESSING:)
 Chopped basil1/2 Teaspoon, dried (DRESSING:)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (DRESSING:)
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon (DRESSING:)

Directions

In a 3-1/2-qt.glass bowl, layer greens, carrots, macaroni, peas, onion, ham and cheeses.
In a small bowl, combine the first six dressing ingredients; spread over salad.
Garnish with eggs if desired.
Cover and chill for several hours.
