Layer Cake Recipe
Layer Cake is easy to make cake recipe. Layer Cake gets its taste from flour mixed with milk and butter, flavored with vanilla. Layer Cake is inspired by many bakeries all over the world.
Ingredients
1/4lb. butter
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Cream the butter, add the sugar, and beat until fluffy.
Beat the egg yolks and add.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, and add.
Add the milk.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold them in.
Add vanilla.
Grease two pie pans with butter.
Pour in the batter and bake in a 350° oven 20 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool.
Put apple jelly or any other fruit jelly between layers and serve.
