Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, toss the berries with 2 ounces of the sugar, port wine, and lavender flowers. Allow to
macerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2) Combine and whisk well the remaining ingredients, as well as the liquid from the macerating berries, and freeze in an ice cream machine.
3) Quickly remove from the ice cream maker and place into a chilled metal bowl. Fold in the macerated berries and place into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

SERVING
4) Place a scoop of the Lavender Berry Frozen Yogurt over berries, garnish each serving with strawberry halves and almond lace cookie and serve.
