Laura's Pork Tenderloin Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) sauerkraut
1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cut in 1/2-inch slices
2 t carroway seed
Directions
Combine ingredients in a 1 1/2-qt.covered casserole.
Bake for 1 hour at 350° F.
If desired, brown the meat first in a litde oil before adding the other ingredients
