Laura's Beef Stew Gourmet Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 lbs.beef stew,cut-in 1 inch cubes | ||
| Onion | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Port wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| L t salt | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole.
Bake for 2 hours at 325° F.
If desired, cook the stew the night before, cutting cooking time to 1 1/2 hours.
Refrigerate.
The following evening, pop the casserole into the oven for 45 minutes.
