Editors Review

Want to make a simple and healthy dish which has both veggies and lentils? Here, there is a video on lauki chana dal, which is vegan yet protein rich and delicious. Chana dal is cooked separately as it takes longer and then mixed with sautéed bottle gourd. The dish derives flavors from freshly ground coriander and chilies.
