Directions

MAKING
1. Take a skillet and heat it. Add the ground beef, onions, minced garlic and brown them nicely. Add tomatoes, apple, raisins, almonds with some black olives and hot peppers of your choice.
2. Soak 1 Chipotle chili in hot water to reconstitute it.
3. Into the pan cooking, add vinegar, cinnamon, cumin and a pinch of pepper. Let it cook until the apples are tender.

SERVING
4. Served with fresh corn tortillas along with a dipping sauce of your choice like regular tomato salsa with jalapeno or a roasted garlic with cilantro sauce.
