For every glass, put into the blender 1/2 cup of curds if you want a thinnish lassi, with 1/2 cup of water.
Put a little more curds if you like a thicker result.
Also drop in a few ice-cubes, 3-4 teaspoons sugar for sweet lassi or salt and pepper to taste if ycu want a salty one.
Blend for a minute, pour out and drink immediately.
