Lasagne Salad Supreme Recipe
Lasagne Salad Supreme is a lovely side dish that has a unique and incomparable taste. This Lasagne Salad Supreme recipe is fantastic and I often serve it in the afternoons when everyone is home.
Ingredients
| Water | 2 Quart | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lasagna noodles | 4 , uncooked | |
| Italian salad dressing | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Torn assorted salad greens | 6 Cup (96 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Salami slice | 6 , cut in julienne strips | |
| Brick cheese | 6 Ounce, cut in strips | |
| Artichoke hearts | 1 Can (10 oz), drained and quartered | |
| Garlic flavored croutons | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Bring water to a rapid boil in a heavy 4 quart saucepan.
Add salt and oil.
Gradually add lasagne noodles, being sure water continues to boil.
Cook noodles uncovered until tender but firm, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water.
Drain again.
Cut noodles into 1/4" x 2" strips.
Place cut noodles in a large salad bowl.
Add salad dressing and toss well.
Add salad greens, green onions, salami, cheese strips, artichoke hearts, croutons and Parmesan cheese.
Toss to coat all ingredients.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
