Creamy Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
Tomato Sauce
1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked, drained and rinsed
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 lb. mozzarella or scamorze cheese, shredded
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Prepare Tomato Sauce.
Spread about 1 cup Tomato Sauce in a but tered 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Using a fourth of each, add a layer of noodles and then one of tomato sauce.
Using a third of each, top evenly with 3 cheeses.
Repeat layering and end with sauce.
Heat in a 375°F oven about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Allow to stand 10 toil5 minutes to set layers before serving.
Cut into squares.
