| Canned tomato sauce | 14 Ounce | |
| Lasagna noodles | 16 Ounce | |
| Canned plain tomato sauce | 7 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Canned tomato paste | 5 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash |

Directions
Drain excess rat, and simmer for 1 hour, until thick.
Cook noodles according to directions, drain and dry.
Spread half of meat sauce in a 9x13 pan, cover with half the noodles.
Add spinach mixture; 1 egg beaten with 1 package thawed frozen spinach; 1 cup cottage cheese; 1 tablespoon oil.
Sprinkle on 1/3 cup parmesan cheese.
Add rest of noodles, then rest of meat mixture.
Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese (1 cup of each).
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
Let set for a few minutes before serving.
