Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 8 ounces lasagne, uncooked
 Egg yolk1
 2 quarts torn or cut Romaine lettuce
 Garlic Croutons2 Cup (16 tbs), flavored (Salad Dressing)
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Salad Dressing)

Directions

Rub a large bowl with cut clove of garlic.
Cook lasagne according to package directions; drain.
Cool.
Cut lasagne into strips (1/4x2 inches); put in bowl.
Add egg yolk to lasagne strips and toss.
Pour on salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
Add lettuce, 1 cup croutons and 2 tablespoons cheese; toss.
Sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese.
