 2 pounds Italian or bulk pork sausage
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Parsley flakes2 Tablespoon
 Basil2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes2 1 pound
 Tomato Paste4 6 Ounce
 20 ounces lasagne or wide noodles
 6 cups cream-style cottage cheese
 Eggs4 , beaten
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Parsley flakes1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 2 pounds Mozzarella or American cheese, sliced very thin

Directions

Brown meat slowly.
Spoon off excess fat.
Add next 6 ingredients.
Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender; drain; rinse in cold water.
Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.
Place half the noodles in two 13 x 9 x 2-inch pans; spread half the cottage cheese mixture over; add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375° 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting in squares—filling will set slightly.
