1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic chopped
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
2 egg yolks
1 cup parmesan Cheese
2 cups mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black Pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne Pepper
1 (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat with the garlic and drain.
For the cheese filling combine the ricotta cheese, egg yolks, ½ cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add the spaghetti sauce and 1 cup water to the browned and drained meat and mix well.
Spray a 13X9 inch baking dish with cooking spray, and start layering the dish with the meat sauce first, about a cup. Layer the lasagna noodles side by side. Cover it with 1/3rd of the cheese mixture and evenly spread it out.
Repeat the layers and sprinkle with 1 cup of Mozarella cheese and the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
Cover tightly with greased foil. Bake the dish in the oven at 350 F for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 min
Let it stand for 15 min. before cutting to serve.

Hi wonderful recipe but can anyone tell me
in the recipe it has 2 egg yolks but the video clip he says 2 beaten eggs (whites too by the looks of it)
will it make a difference as I tried it with just yolks and family loved

I have never tried using raw dried lasagne noodles-I have seen others do this, but you make it look wonderful-so next time I am making it that way for sure! One question-where is the garlic?
