Lasagna Rolls Recipe
Loaded with taste, this Lasagna Rolls recipe is a plateful of temptation! Whenever I have Italian friends visiting, I always prepare Lasagna Rolls which is the most savored dish of their cuisine. There is no bigger sin than reading this recipe of Lasagna Rolls and not trying it out.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
2 tsp. parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup dry-curd cottage cheese
8 whole wheat lasagna noodles
2 cup Spicy Tomato Sauce
Directions
1. Cook spinach, drain off all excess water. Stir in cheeses. Set aside.
2. Cook lasagna noodles.
3. Spread spinach mixture evenly along the entire length of each noodle. Roll up noodle and place on its side in a nonstick 8 x 8 casserole. Do not let noodles touch.
4. Cover lasagna with Spicy Tomato Sauce. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
