Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
2 jars (1 lb. each) spaghetti sauce with meat
1/2 c water
1 lb.ricotta cheese (or dry cottage cheese)
1 egg
3/4 c grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb ribbed lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb.mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions
Blend sauce and water; heat.
Beat together ricotta, egg and 2 t grated cheese.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan; arrange layer of noodles, spread with ricotta mixture.
Top with a layer of mozzarella, another layer of sauce and a sprinkling of grated cheese.
Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce and a layer of grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
