 Spaghetti sauce1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)
 Ground beef3 Pound
 Cottage cheese/Ricotta cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sour cream16 Ounce
 Cheddar cheese2 Cup (32 tbs), grated (diced or shredded or grated)
 Velveeta cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), dice
 Cream cheese16 Ounce
 Parmesan cheese2 Cup (32 tbs), grated (diced or shredded or grated)
 Lasagna noodles14 Ounce
 Mozzarella cheese To Taste
 Parsely To Taste

Directions

MAKING:
1)In a skillet or a pan brown the ground beef and drain.
2)Add the spaghetti sauce to the pan and set aside.
3)In a blender, mix cheeses and beat until smooth.
4)In a slightly greased pan, spread the bottom layer with half sauce mix. Then top sauce layer with 2 lasagna noodles.
5)Then spread cheese layer over lasagna.
6)Keep adding layers until lasagna almost reached the top of the pan.
7)Sprinkle with parsley and mozzarella.
8)Bake at 350 F for an hour or until lasagna is tender and cheese melts.

SERVING:
9)Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy warm.
