 Lasagna sheets8 , cooked according to package directions
 Ricotta cheese8 Ounce
 Dried parsley1 Tablespoon
 Parmesan cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
 Mozzarella cheese8 Ounce, thickly sliced
For sauce
 Ground beef1⁄2 Pound, browned in a skillet
 Tomato paste6 Ounce (1 Can)
 Pepperoni2 Ounce, sliced
 Water3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Oregano2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt3⁄4 Teaspoon
 Freshly ground black pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon (For Topping)

1) In a bowl, mixed together tomato paste, pepperoni, water, oregano, garlic salt, pepper and beef if using.
2) In the slow cooker, place half of the noodles in the bottom.
3) Sprinkle with half the ricotta cheese, parsley, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese.
4) Spoon half of the pepperoni mixture.
5) Place the remaining noodles over the pepperoni mixture and repeat the process.

6) Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over the top.
7) Place the cooker over high heat and cook for 1 hour or until lightly browned on the top.

8) Serve hot sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
