Ingredients

 Lasagna Noodles- 8 sheets, cooked according to package directions
 Ricotta cheese8 Ounce
 Parsley leaves1 Tablespoon, dried
 Parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Mozzarella Cheese- 8 ounces, thickly sliced
 Ground Beef- 1/2 pound, browned in a skillet (optional)
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz) (Sauce)
 Pepperoni2 Ounce, sliced (Sauce)
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Oregano2 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Garlic salt3/4 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Parmesan Cheese- 2 tablespoons, for topping

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mixed together tomato paste, pepperoni, water, oregano, garlic salt, pepper and beef if using.
2) In the slow cooker, place half of the noodles in the bottom.
3) Sprinkle with half the ricotta cheese, parsley, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese.
4) Spoon half of the pepperoni mixture.
5) Place the remaining noodles over the pepperoni mixture and repeat the process.

FINALIZING
6) Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over the top.
7) Place the cooker over high heat and cook for 1 hour or until lightly browned on the top.

SERVING
8) Serve hot sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
