 Beef1/2 pound
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic - 2 large cloves, minced
 Oregano2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Tomato soup2 Can (10oz), condensed
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Lasagna noodles9
 Curd Cottage Cheese or Ricotta Cheese - 1 pint, small or large
 Mozzarella cheese1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Parmesan Cheese - grated

Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, cook beef till browned.
2. Add onion, garlic and organo to cook untill the onions becomes tender.
3. Further, add soup, water and vinegar to the mixture.
4. Continue cooking over low flame for about 30 minutes.
5. Take a shallow baking dish and arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce, and Mozzarella cheese in it.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top.
7. Bake the preparation at 350°F for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
8. Allow it to stand for 15 minutes before cutting into serving portions and serving straight out of the baking dish.
