Larded Sweetbreads Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetbreads- 2 pairs | ||
| Salt pork- for larding | ||
| Stock | 2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Prepare sweetbread as directed on package
3.Lard with salt pork, letting ends of strips curl over the edges of the sweetbreads
4. In roasting pan, place the sweetbreads and pour stock over them,
5.Cover pan and cook in moderate oven for 1 hour
SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice
