Laotian Egg And Vegetable Salad Recipe Video

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
For the dressing:
1 tbsp fried onions
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Vegetables:
1 cucumber
1 cup parsley
4 green onions
Tomato
Lettuce
Directions
Cut eggs into half. Remove egg yolk and keep aside for use in dressing.
Was and slice all vegetables. Cut tomatoes into two and slice. Chop green onions into long pieces. Tear up the lettuce leaves with the hand.
For the dressing:
Add all the ingredients for the dressing along with the egg yolks into a mixer. Add water or 3 tbsp vinegar. Mix. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and serve.
