Landlubber's Stuffed Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| Croutons | 2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Minced | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Onion flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Parsley flakes | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Reserve 1/4 cup crouton crumbs.
Combine remaining crouton crumbs, clams, cheese, onion, garlic and pepper.
Spoon mixture into 4 ramekins or 6-ounce custard cups; top with reserved crumbs blended with butter and parsley.
Heat 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
