Landlubber's Salmon Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1 whole egg OR 2 egg whites | ||
| 1/2 c. crushed cornflake cereal | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mash salmon with fork.
Add egg whites, crushed cereal, onion and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly; form 4 patties.
Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
Add patties and cook 6-8 minutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 minutes or until brown.
