Lamb Burger With Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 2 , Well beaten | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash Tabasco | ||
| Lamb shoulder | 1 pound | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
Directions
In small saucepan, combine egg yolks, vinegar, mustard and 1 teaspoon salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add mayonnaise and Tabasco and blend well.
Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
Combine lamb, parsley, marjoram, onion and 1 teaspoon salt; mix well.
Shape into 4 patties, 1 inch thick.
Broil patties 5 minutes; turn; broil 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
Serve with sauce.
