Lambs Liver With Scallion Recipe
Ingredients

| Liver | 1 1/4 Pound, cut into strips | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Peel and thinly slice the scallions (spring onions).
Set aside 3 or 4 of the green stalks and chop finely.
Put the scallions (spring onions) in a dish with 3 tablespoons (2 tablespoons) water.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Season the strips of liver with salt and pepper.
When the scallions (spring onions) are tender, add the vinegar and sugar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Arrange the strips of liver on top of the vegetables.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Stir the contents of the dish.
Sprinkle the liver with the reserved chopped green stalks
