Lamb'S Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
2/3 c. rice
1 1/2 qt. milk
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar or less
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whipped cream (top on pudding)
Directions
Blend rice, milk and sugar.
Boil until rice is done.
Beat eggs, salt and cinnamon and add to rice while hot.
Stir 3 minutes and pour in a bowl.
Place in refrigerator when cool.
