 Red pepper1
 Asparagus tips4 , blanched (fresh)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Lamb lettuce18 , rinsed and drained
 Frisee lettuce1⁄2 Small, roughly chopped
 Oak leaf lettuce1 Small, roughly chopped
 Walnut oil2 Tablespoon
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Whole grain mustard1 Teaspoon
 Finely chopped fresh dill1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Place the pepper over direct flame and grill till pepper is charred.
2. Once charred black, remove and cover with a damp cloth.
3. Once cooled, peel off skin, de seed and cut into thick strips.

MAKING
4. Combine all the ingredients (apart from vegetables) in a salad bowl and whisk well.
5. Add salad leaves and remaining ingredients (apart from asparagus) and toss gently

SERVING
6. Serve immediately garnished with asparagus tips.
