Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 4 shoulder lamb chops, about 1/2-inch thick
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion package1 , dehydrated
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Macaroni3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Frozen mixed vegetables package1
 Dry sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a 10-inch skillet melt butter.
2) Mix lamb and cook on low heat till brown.
3) Cook covered for 30 minutes till lamb is cooked.
4) Take out lamb and store the dripping.
5) Pour water to lamb drippings and boil.
6) Stir in soup mix, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
7) Put shell macaroni and mixed vegetables. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
8) Mix lamb and sherry and cook stirring for 5 minutes.

SERVING
9) Serve immediately.
