Lamb Steaks With Garlic Rosemary And Red Currant Recipe

| 15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice | ||
| 15 ml/1 tbsp redcurrant jelly | ||
| 5 ml/1 tsp dried rosemary | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |

Directions
Wipe the steaks, clean with kitchen paper (paper towels), then place them in a single layer in a large shallow dish.
Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Grill (broil) or barbecue for 5 minutes on each side until tender, turning once or twice and brushing with the marinade during cooking.
