 Leg of lamb/Shoulder of lamb3 Pound (tender cut of lamb)
 Onion1 , thinly sliced

 Savory1 Teaspoon, crumbled

 Hot red pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Onions12 Small, sliced into 1 inch cubes (or use 1 large)
 Green bell peppers3 , cut into 1 inch cubes
