Ingredients

 
1 1/2-2 pounds lean lamb leg 1 /4 cup French Dressing 6 strips bacon 12 cherry tomatoes 18 whole mushroom caps 12 small onions
 
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares, Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Have 6 metal skewers ready.
Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes, and marinate in dressing 1-2 hours; then divide into 6 parts.
Cut each strip of bacon into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Thread lamb, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and green pep-per on each skewer.
Salt and pepper lightly, and place over hot coals of barbecue grill or under broiler to brown on all sides.
After 5 minutes, brush with marinade, and broil for 5-10 minutes longer.
Turn several times.
