Ingredients
Cooked Lamb – 2 cups, cut into 1 inch diced
Rich Lamb Gravy – 1 cup
Bouillon – 1 cup
Cooked White Onions - 12, small
Peas - 2 cups
Celery – 1 cup, diced
Thyme – ¼ teaspoon
Ground Allspice – ¼ teaspoon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sweet Mashed Potatoes – 2 cups
Buttermilk – ½ cup
Baking Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Brown Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven 400F
2) Mix together the lamb, gravy bouillon, onion, peas, celery, thyme, and allspice
3) Season the lamb with salt and pepper
MAKING
4) In a greased 2 ½ quart casserole, or 6 individual greased casserole, place the lamb mixture
5) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at400F
6) Using an electric mixer, beat the potatoes and buttermilk, baking powder, salt and brown sugar
7) Spread on top of the meat and return to bake for 20 minutes longer till the dish is heated through and the top is lightly browned

8) Serve the dish warm
