Ingredients
1 pound lean ground lamb
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
Directions
Combine first 4 .ingredienrs, mix well.
Shape into 4 patties, 1/4-inch thick.
Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray, place patties on rack, and broil 3 inches from heating element 6 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Transfer to a serving platter, and keep warm.
Combine water, bouillon granules, paprika, and garlic in a saucepan; stir well.
Add onion, and bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
Combine yogurt and cornstarch in a small bowl; add a small amount of hot bouillon mixture to yogurt mixture, stirring well.
Add to remaining bouillon mixture in saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat, and stir in dillweed.
Pour sauce over lamb patties.
