Directions

Pack down.
Place the bacon slices on top.
Microwave 10 minutes at HIGH.
Microwave another 10 minutes at MEDI-UM.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Cover with waxed paper and place a weight on top.
Refrigerate when cooled.
