Directions
1. Heat a pan, add little margarine and black pepper.
2. Put oranges, onions and carrots on one side of the pan and lamb on the other.
3. Pour some oil over lamb.
4. Let the lamb chops cook for few minutes.

5. To serve, place the onion, carrot and oranges at the bottom and pour lamb and sauce over it.
