Directions

In a heavy skillet, saute the lamb cubes in peanut oil.
Add the sliced onion and simmer for fifteen minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Add the sauteed lamb, mixing well.
Cover and refrigerate for ten hours or longer.
Arrange the lamb cubes on a serving baking dish.
Pour in the marinade and bake at 350 degrees for about forty-five minutes.
Serve hot.
