Ingredients
Loin Lamb Chops – 6
Fat – ¼ cup
Garlic – 1 clove
Bay Leaves – 3
Water – ¼ cup
Sour Cream – 1 cup
A-1 Sauce – 2 tablespoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Marjoram – ¼ teaspoon
Watercress – 2 tablespoons
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven 350F
2) Using a sharp knife, trim the chop off the fat
MAKING
1) In a skillet, pour in some oil and add in the garlic and fry the chops till browned
2) Remove and discard the garlic
3) In a greased baking dish, place the bay leaves and then place the lamb chops over
4) Pour some boiling water into the skillet to loosen the browned bits
5) Add in the sour cream, A1 sauce and the seasonings
6) Pour the mixture over the chops and bake for 40 minutes till the chops becomes tender
7) Garnish with watercress
