| 2 cups bite-size pieces cooked lamb Paprika | ||
Directions
1. Place margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high 15 to 30 seconds or until melted.
2. Stir in flour, dill weed, broth and lemon juice. Microwave uncovered about 2 minutes, stirring every minute, until thickened.
3. Stir in lamb until coated. Cover tightly and microwave 2 to 4 minutes or until lamb is hot; stir. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles if desired.
