Directions

Coat each piece of lamb with corn flour, deep fry till crispy and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables, ginger and sauté for about a minute. Add lamb, sauces and mix well, cook for further half a minute. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
