Lamb With Avocado And Red Onion Salsa Recipe

| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 12 lamb cutlets | ||
| Avocado | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Red onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Combine garlic, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of the juice and 2 teaspoons of the oil in large bowl with lamb.
Cover; refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining juice and remaining oil in small bowl with avocado, onion and coriander.
Griddle-fry (or grill or barbecue) Lamb until browned both sides and cooked as desired; serve with salsa.
