Lamb Shish Kebab Recipe
Ingredients
4 lb. lean lamb
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground clove
1 tsp white vinegar
1 cup shim milk
Directions
Cut lamb into 2 in. (5 cm) cubes.
Combine remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Pour over lamb in bowl; cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Place lamb on skewers.
Barbecue or broil 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn once.
