Ingredients

 Lamb2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Potatoes - 2 cups, cold cooked, diced
 French dressing1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Stuffed olives6
 Green onions - 3, including tops, chopped
 Capers2 Teaspoon, drained
 Mint leaves1 Tablespoon, shredded
 Seasoned salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste, seasoned

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, mix lamb, potatoes, olives, green onions, capers and mint leaves together.
2) Pour in the French dressing and toss, until thoroughly coated.
3) Season with the seasoned salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
4) Serve the Lamb Salad in individual lettuce-lined wooden bowls.
