Lamb Rib Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 (3 to 4 ounces) lamb rib chops cut 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick | ||
| Light olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup Basil Garden Blend Vinegar | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon savory seasonings Cook Blend | ||
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Mint jelly as garnish | ||
Directions
Place ribs in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; whisk until blended.
Pour over nbs.
Cover; refrigerate 6 to 12 hours.
Drain marinade.
Pan fry chops in large frying pan over medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.
Turn over; pan fry 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° on meat thermometer.
