Ingredients

 8 (3 to 4 ounces) lamb rib chops cut 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick
 Light olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup Basil Garden Blend Vinegar
 1/2 teaspoon savory seasonings Cook Blend
 Lemon peel1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Mint jelly as garnish

Directions

Place ribs in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; whisk until blended.
Pour over nbs.
Cover; refrigerate 6 to 12 hours.
Drain marinade.
Pan fry chops in large frying pan over medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.
Turn over; pan fry 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° on meat thermometer.
