Lamb Molls With Apricot Sauce Recipe

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a small bowl, combine stuffing ingredients.
Divide stuffing among lamb slices.
Roll.
Secure with a wooden toothpick.
Transfer lamb rolls to a cookie sheet.
Cook in oven 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, blend sauce ingredients.
Over low heat, while stirring, cook until sauce thickens.
Add raisins and butter.
Stir until butter melts.
Pour apricot sauce over lamb rolls.
