Ingredients
| Ground lamb | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Tomato juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 small onion, chopped fine | ||
| Chili Sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon Slices | 4 | |
Directions
€¢ Mix all the ingredients together except the bacon. Place in an 8 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch (20 x 10 x 6.25 cm) microwave-safe loaf pan. Pack down.
€¢ Place the bacon slices on top. Microwave 10 minutes at HIGH. Microwave another 10 minutes at MEDIUM. Let stand 20 minutes.
€¢ Cover with waxed paper and place a weight on top. Refrigerate when cooled.
